I am Anna Katzer, and I’m a Corporate Hospitality Coach & Trainer. After over 18 years in the hospitality and consulting world, globetrotting across Europe, the Middle East, and America, I’ve decided to settle in Milan and put all my knowledge at the service of individuals and businesses.

My aim is to provide tangible support so that each person can live more consciously according to their values, leading a fulfilling and rewarding life.

My mission, thanks to my unique blend of experiences gained in hospitality establishments worldwide, is to support leadership and performance in increasingly complex and multicultural contexts within the hotel industry, and sustain their growth.

During my time as a Training Manager in hotels, I started noticing that members from different teams would often come to me for advice or help. What kept coming up was that these folks would frequently tell me they trusted me and wanted to hear my take on various issues, both personal and professional.

Over the years, these requests became more and more common, and I realized that if I truly wanted to help them, going beyond simple advice, I needed to do something more.

So, during my time in Dubai, I decided to enrol at the Co-Active Coach Institute to gain a method for supporting team development within companies, fostering relationships, and unlocking the potential of everyone, regardless of their level or role.

I started solo traveling back in high school. It was the late ’90s when my parents gave me the green light to spend a year of high school in the United States. It was an incredible time that significantly contributed to my personal growth.

I lived with an American family, who I still hold dear today, and began seeing the world and its diverse cultures through different eyes.

After that adventure, I returned to Berlin, where I continued and completed my studies in the hospitality industry. And guess what? I hit the road again, this time staying in Germany for my first hands-on experience within a German hotel.

It was a brief stint, and I felt it was not my place. And indeed, it wasn’t. I sensed I had to go beyond. I took a leap, started globetrotting, and explored places I had never seen before.

Over the years, I travelled extensively, continuing to work in some incredible hotels, often in significant roles like HR & Training Manager. The big shift happened when I became a Hotel Quality Assurance Auditor, a role that gave me a whole new perspective of life.

Not just because I was working in ever-changing contexts, but also because I was in direct contact with diverse cultures from Europe, Africa, North America, and the Middle East.

Every step of this journey has contributed to shaping the person and the professional I aspire to be today.
