I am Anna Katzer, and I’m a Corporate Hospitality Coach & Trainer. After over 18 years in the hospitality and consulting world, globetrotting across Europe, the Middle East, and America, I’ve decided to settle in Italy and put all my knowledge at the service of individuals and businesses.
My aim is to provide tangible support so that each person can live more consciously according to their values, leading a fulfilling and rewarding life.
My mission, thanks to my unique blend of experiences gained in hospitality establishments worldwide, is to support leadership and performance in increasingly complex and multicultural contexts within the hotel industry, and sustain their growth.

I know this because, for years in hotels, I saw talented professionals struggle quietly with exactly these challenges. They were capable, ambitious, and dedicated, yet often lacked a safe space to pause, reflect, and discover their best way forward.
That’s why my work today is about creating that space: a coaching and training journey where hospitality leaders can reconnect with their values, strengthen their presence, and unlock their potential to thrive , both for themselves and for the people they lead.
Because when leaders grow consciously, hotels don’t just run well, they become places where people flourish.
