Details & Duration

My Hospitality Corporate Coaching & Training program is structured into 6 one-hour sessions, spanning a total duration of 3 months. Allow me to explain how this program works, should you wish to consider it for your company's team. The following is a tentative program. Together, we will determine the most suitable coaching or training path for your company.

  • Discovery Session: This is an introductory 30-minute interview conducted with the respective manager. It enables us to analyze the goals to be achieved and the situations to be addressed through coaching.

  • One-on-one/team interview. After aligning with the Training or HR Manager, we proceed to an introductory interview with the individual or team for whom the coaching will be dedicated. This phase aims to assess whether the resource is inclined towards the program and if we are well-suited to each other.

  • Agreement: If all the parties are in agreement, the drafting of the collaboration agreement is initiated.

  • Coaching/Training: Six one-hour coaching or training sessions, with a maximum duration of an hour and a half, will be scheduled according to the needs and availability of the individual or team. Each coaching session will involve discussions and training moments based on the established goals and the emotional circumstances and dynamics that the staff is experiencing.

  • Post Coaching/Training: At the conclusion of each session, every participant will receive the notes and guidance on the actions to be implemented.
